CURRICULUM :

The curriculum of Thakuranichak Union High School is designed in accordance with the guidelines of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) and the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE).

Our academic structure covers all stages of school education, including:

Pre-primary, Primary (Classes I–V), Upper Primary (Classes VI–VIII), Secondary (Classes IX–X), and Higher Secondary (Classes XI–XII).

The curriculum is thoughtfully implemented with the collective efforts of teachers and academic experts to ensure a balanced and meaningful learning experience. It focuses not only on academic knowledge but also on the development of essential skills, values, and attitudes among students.

The school integrates:

• Concept-based learning

• Skill development and practical knowledge

• Value education and discipline

• Co-curricular and activity-based learning

Through this approach, students are encouraged to think critically, learn independently, and apply their knowledge in real-life situations.

Keeping pace with the changing educational landscape, the school remains committed to adapting its teaching-learning process in alignment with modern educational policies, including the National Education Policy (NEP).

Our aim is to create a learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and overall development, preparing students to face future challenges with confidence.
